Greetings! My name is Ms. Connolly.  I'm the Physical Education Specialist here at PS 19.  This year, our students will be taught the skills and knowledge needed to live physically active lives, while establishing an appreciation and confidence to be more healthy.  My goal is to help your child move from dependence to independence by taking responsibility of their own health and fitness through promotion of regular, enjoyable physical activity.

 

It's important that our students come prepared mentally and physically on the day they have PE.  The official gym uniform is navy blue sweatpants or shorts, navy blue t-shirt and sneakers. Safety and maximum participation are key when ensuring a successful lesson.
